Questions

Before we get started.

A few practical answers about the work, the scope and what happens next.

Do I need a new website?

We start with what you have. Clearer service pages, stronger project content or a better enquiry route may be enough. A rebuild makes sense when the existing site is holding those improvements back.

Which services does my business need?

That depends on the work you want, the area you serve and your current marketing. Search, advertising, branding, content and enquiry tools each have a different role. The plan defines which pieces to use and what is included.

What happens after an enquiry comes in?

The plan defines where enquiries go, who responds and which notifications or follow-up tools are included. Your team handles the estimate and closes the job. Tracking those later steps depends on the records your business can provide.

How are fees and advertising spend handled?

The services, deliverables and budget are agreed as part of the scope. Advertising spend, campaign management, automation and ongoing support need to be identified in that agreement so you can see what the plan includes.

What will the reporting show?

For agreed ongoing work, we define what can be tracked and how it will be reviewed. Ad clicks, form events and phone taps are different from qualified enquiries and booked jobs. Those later outcomes need follow-through information from your team.

What should I tell you when I get in touch?

Tell us what you do, where you work and the kind of jobs you want more of. Your current website and how customers find you are useful too. That gives us a starting point to discuss priorities, scope and budget.
